Go back 20 or so years ago, before the Smoke War started. Use his knowledge of the future to support the old(er) L-Corp and prevent Lobotomy Corporation from ever being founded. Not for any ideological reason - it would just be very lucrative to have a Wing owe you.

He'd almost certainly fail since he can't resist the script. Either dies in the facilities while desperately trying to brew up an Elixir, or gets captured by Lobotomy Corp and is kept in a coma so they can harvest his Elixir.
