Victim family speeches always come off as trying too hard. One of the girls' fathers went on some tangent about how he regularly drunk drives but didn't once because his daughter told him not to it's bizarre. Just lock criminals up and be done with it because if you let the average American get their five minute speech in they're just going to ramble about prison rape and BBC.
