Since he's a guest in next month's IT and dendro is featured in September's rotation I'm going to level up Elliot. Probably just to level 70 so I can sneak him into the run as a filler, but it still counts as levelling
I know he uses Wanderer's Troupe artifacts but that's about everything I know. Does he want ATK or EM pieces? Which weapon do I use? Do I need to level all three talents to 6/6/6 or is he one of the characters that only need one or two talents levelled up?
