You know, if it was just a few problematic names on the list, they would simply redact those ones and claim they're under active investigation or something, no one would care. I don't think the hold up is with any of the clients. I bet Eppy had associates or an employer or something and it'd be very problematic if a named client started naming those people. Those people? There's only one group that every politician in Washington, regardless of party, would cover up for.
