No idea, Jump probably doesn't want to? Or they don't want to deal with contacting older mangakas for rights, especially for stuff that has moved to different magazines. Getting a real fighting game version of Jump Ultimate Stars would be kino but would be too hard for modern game devs probably. Sprites are a dead artform, and also the modern reps would all be dogshit
