In recent years an MCU movie under 2 hours is always a sign the studio lacks confidence. They cut it down to get more showings on the opening weekend before bad word of mouth hits.

Subtract 15 minutes of credits and post-credit scene and you have 1h40m of actual movie. I guess they ran out of time and couldn't render all the scenes.
