Why would you hate yourself?
German doesn't mean exactly what prussians want you to be just like bavarians have much more in common with Austrians than North Germans who have much more in common with the dutch but the main group of us all is still German.
It's good that we're not all the same that's actual diversity and should be protected in every way.
