I've been lifting for about 3 weeks now and I want to start incorporating more vegetables into my diet
As of now I only eat them like 3 or 4 days out of the week when I add tomatoes, garlic, onions, whatever into my meals for flavor
I only eat breakfast and dinner (not a 2mad meme thing that's just how I've eaten since I was a kid) so I had the idea of having a lunch composed of a good amount of spinach and a cup of milk every day. Last night I did this with a fistful of raw spinach
My question is how much spinach should I be eating this way and should it be cooked or raw? My dad has had a kidney stones before if that's important
