There's no real answer to this question, most standard are pretty mid, they're generic "cope" units
Rina however is one of the few standard who still has an undisputed role (there's no other electric support in the game as of now)
If you're new and don't have many characters, you can use her with Corin (DPS) and Anby (stun), it's a really decent budget team
Also you picked the best overworld character, the way she floats around is very comfy
