if you go to Israel there are tons of literal Christian Arabs in the north if not the majority, spillover from Lebanon and West Bank. they call them Arab-Israeli-Palestinian-Lebanese-Syrians. they are quite literally from Israel. it's like they will live anywhere but Lebanon.
