nah only two arrests ive ever seen about AI gen lewds and only one was celeb related
one was some sicko teacher genning realistic lewds of his minor students
second was some notable genner who was specifically selling celeb lewd gens. thats illegal even if it wasnt AI, selling someone else's likeness. he's probably getting charged with fraud.

i firmly believe the take it down act will only operate on the level of civil lawsuits like you have to get sued by UMG for uploading pirated music, cops arent going to ram your door down for it. not to mention its foremost the platform's responsibility to take it down and 4chan doesnt seem to give a shit. also no celeb will probably take action because it validates genners in a sense and it would be a massive media fiasco and probably cause 10x more lewds of that celeb being genned purely for teh lulz.

yeah sorry for the rant i just dont see it happening. maybe it will but i dont think so, im paying attention and havent seen anything. it would be major news if it did break.
