Lenses can be a bit tricky, I feel that DALL-E is a lot better at actually using your prompts regarding back, but with lighting I just try to say something like "the scene is filled with XYZ lighiting" like colours, sunset, bright noon. Then adding sharp shadows, soft shadows, etc. You can do angles, too

Technically for DALL-E but I think the prompts would work all the same.
