Yeah, in episodes specifically dedicated to Archie Sonic. They don't really give Game Sonic Archie stuff.
Also, Archie is really overrated in terms of power scaling, outside of gag feats. Even all the zone feats get less impressive once you find out they're all galaxy sized at most
