It's actually kind of interesting to examine how each political side marshals its own framing for why this is bad. Even beyond the "christofashishm" shit, here's a bsky post about how... gamergate types just don't care about rape porn games being pulled from Steam, apparently? You can also notice in some other posts that the games under question are quietly being described as just "porn" games, as though the Problematic aspects which these types have been railing against for more than a decade aren't a central component of how anti-porn groups drive their wedge in.

And on here, people are doing the opposite selective-framing-of-evidence, but you're reading the thread so you already know that.

To be clear I do hope everyone stands against this in their own way, it's just weird to think about.
