I'd buy Mega Man from Capcom and do three things:
>Make Mega Man Legends 3 that has BotW-like exploration where you unlock traversal options/tools through completing the main story, defeating bosses, and exploring the world. It would also contain discoverable areas and ruins that show the fates of Mega Man, Mega Man X, and Mega Man Zero. And also would have a more linear narrative, not that bullshit half-assed memories shit BotW and TotK does.
>Greenlight Maverick Hunter X2-X8, with the intention to have the series rewrite the X series in a way that isn't riddled with plot holes and properly leads into the Elf Wars
>Start a new Mega Man series that either covers the Elf Wars or focuses on a new era that takes place between ZX and Legends
Oh and I'd also have Mega Man Volnutt's lines rerecorded in MML2 to sound more like his MML1 self, and have that as an audio track option for the Mega Man Legends Legacy Collection
