personally always going tear / cdr boots > rylais first and then branching out depending on the enemy team
to consider in order:
- do the enemies profit from heals a lot?
get oblivion orb or pass on it
- is main source of damage AD champions or majority are AD oriented
go for frozen heart or pass on it
- as a support you usually never end up with more than 2 full items, but the other to consider shurelia / redemption / liandrys / finish seraphs / cryptbloom
when it comes to keystone/rune - with the recent buffs, I'm opting to running unsealed spellbook now, all the other ones are very underwhelming on Sera
