There's a bunch of games like these that she played really far but never ended up finishing. Ender Lillies, Dragon Quest Dark Prince, Yoshi... A shame she just doesn't have the time and ends up forgetting about them.
She just talked about wanting to do a summer project where she does something every morning for a whole month or at least a week, e.g. Undertale G Route GTA, but she just doesn't have the time to commit to that kind of thing anymore even though she wants to do it every year. With Cho Cho Cho Cho Gamers coming up and her having to do work until late at night fairly often, it's hard to commit to getting up early every day. Summer of 2021 still remains one of my favorite periods with the Shinchan/Undertale RTA morning streams every single day for a whole month. Toro was less regular, but it was also a great summer project, that was really fun too. I hope she eventually gets a little less busy again and can pull it off something like that at least one more time.
Also, apparently she has a lot of collabs coming up during the next week. Tomorrow, she has a horror game collab with Rui and there's REPO and Among Us coming up as well. She also intends to take off two days as well, sounds like she might be going on a trip again. There was a lot of games she wanted to play this month (more Mario Maker for example!) but there just wasn't enough time. Looks like her being really busy is a running theme this year, I would have thought she'd calm down a little after her Sololive, but there is still a lot happening.
