That map is wrong. North Blue is actually the north side of the planet, East Blue the east side, etc. The Grand Line doesn't go from west to east either, its direction varies with the curve of the planet.
Wano, Egghead, Elbaf, and Winner Island are all located in part of the New World where it still goes northeast, so it's before the middle point.
