She doesn't really look like Tohru's sister at all. Ori appears to be associated with gods more than demons and Damocles just seems to be a strong and relatively smart dragon. Yutarama appears in a panel alongside Lucoa, Petla and the bunny girl from the guardian organisation at the end of the previous arc, so that might be a hint about where the story is headed.
