Those in entertainment (especially kikes) are already fucked in the head to whatever degree -- it's a veritable prerequisite of the job, as it's required to sell the characters they play. It's also why most are bipolar, outright schizo, or maintain a veneer of sanity by self-medicating with degeneracy. In just a short stint in acting, I encountered one who needed his dressing room door knocked on (exactly) three times before he'd exit the room; another whose fag lover jumped head-first from a balcony; and a faggot director who went from being cold as ice, to looking like he wanted to blow me because I made a quip and a room of plebes laughed! So, yeah... they're definitely an insane asylum by another name.

They also need to be innately sycophantic, as getting work is veritable prostitution (unless you're A-lister; by which time you're likely gone mentally anyway) -- a trait that lends itself to personality types which follow any trend... Certainly why most actors got themselves vaxxed. As such, the "tranny fad" was always going to be most pronounced in Hollywood:
