The point is that Epstein is a national phenomenon, the controversy surrounding his death and the information about his life that became publicized afterwards is so well-known that Trump literally campaigned on the promise he would reveal more info because the American people are clamoring for it so much. All of this chaos with Epstein, which is now causing Trump’s biggest controversy of his tenure among his base, could’ve been avoided. If they killed him, they could’ve done it without the spectacular murder while he was incarcerated. If he killed himself, they could’ve ensured he was on constant surveillance so that this whole thing wouldn’t unfold like this. But they didn’t and now everyone in this country knows Epstein’s name and Trump talks about him in a bizarre way revealing a guilty conscience. If they wanted to keep everything with Epstein under wraps, why did they get rid of him in a way that made the whole world know about him?

Any way you look at it, regardless of what you think really happened to Epstein and what his files reveal about our leaders, all the information about the man is handled terribly. The president is fucking up, the FBI is fucking up, etc. It bodes poorly for America that we’re not competent enough to keep a major state secret like this properly hidden, it gives real imperial decline vibes.
