Current bill is getting a medium housing wall that suits the Empyreum. I accidentally upgraded my florist walls when relocating my old plot to a medium, so I stick out like a sore green thumb.
From what I can see forge walls or smithy walls are my best bet, so that's ~2mil I'm saving up for.
