Like any empire, we're going to eventually collapse. The only eternal kingdom is God's, in my eye. But I will say we still got more in the tank, it's going to get a lot worse before a total collapse. And the thing about the Mexican protests is that they're very inorganic in the same way the Floyd protests were. Created by internal enemies of the country and enacted by useful idiots and plants. Those pallets of bricks weren't for building purposes after all and, like usual, it's not going to amount to anything. The LA riots of the 90s were just as alarming in reports, but things cooled down there too, with time.
Also the talk about the ocean not being a concern for people that wish us harm is very disingenuous, think about a few years back regarding the Chinese air balloons that were all over the news. They were spotted, recorded, and deemed not a threat in the span of minutes, in the event somebody wants to bomb us, an ICBM crossing the ocean still takes time and a shit ton of effort from countries, and the ones that totally hate us rather than begrudgingly tolerate us do not have the capability to launch something of that magnitude to cause any significant damage to the nation.

Tl;dr: things ain't world ending just yet, the real issues we're facing right now are 100% economic in nature no matter how much the media wants to say otherwise, and if we can reign that in, we'll be in a reasonable place
