You're witnessing the winding down of the Middle East as a region of conflict, Europe 1945. Except I have a hunch that 70 years from now, the Middle East will be a paradise compared to what Europe is today.
As far as regime change goes, the only one that's going to change is Israel. Iran have already agreed to cooperate with the coming new order in the region, so there's no need for the kind of investment it would take to change the regime there. Israel are the only holdout.
