They don't really have a choice in Israel, the entire population is tightly packed in a single larger metropolitan area. Which is also why them picking a war with Iran is suicidal from a realpolitik perspective

Even if they successfully get the US to overthrow the Iranian government (highly unlikely) the damage done to Israel will scare their middle class off to other countries and potentially collapse their economy
