If the transformation is chemical (from a potion) or biological (from another dorse) then their offspring should be dorse or maybe even full horse. I think baby dorses would look weird, since the features of a dorse are meant to be hypersexualised. Perhaps a dorse child instead could look mostly human, only hooved feet and a slightly longer face, but turn into a dorse during puberty.
