It's not canon to the story, and it's supposedly a different girl, but it's literally Komaro under the same circumstances she has in the manga; lifeless girl with big tits and a height deficiency struggles through daily life while being optimistic about very tiny things. It's especially awful because in the story, she's a 10/10 character with incredible synergy among the cast that you want to see be happy.
