There were wealthy 1st Century Christians who could provide for themselves and earn their own keep. They were encouraged to help others OUT OF LOVE not out of GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION. In fact, the Bible doesn't recognize Christians meddling in political affairs at all. The only thing Jesus told his disciples to give back to Cesar was taxes.
No, the Bible does not support communism because communism substitutes itself as God. Why would Jesus substitute his father for a blasphemous government.
Two, Jesus and his father are going to set up their own government. It is known in the Bible as God's Kingdom. This government will replace all governments on earth. Communism is inherently evil because it is more than just theft of free thought, private property, and right to work for own wages. It is theft of the mind, body, spirit, and culture.
Also, Communism is inherently Jewish. The Bible was very anti-Jew. Especially when Jesus and Paul gave up on them.
