it should just be a flat 15 instead of stacking
it doesnt even fucking work right
first time its 15 minutes
second time its supposed to be an hour but they've cooked the piece of shit system so bad second offense is 90 minutes randomly

well guess what retard? its broken so bad that i can log in to another character that will have 0 penalty or 15 minutes, its a complete joke and if they cant get it right they should revert to how it was before solely due to their incompetence.
