I think Bill and John are in the same friend group and Bill had previously posted this image and got no response, but then he sees John post it and sarcastically asks him "haha where'd you get this one?"
and the random lady says "great pic John" and bill being jealous answers her "thanks!"
John doesn't seem to realize and just says he found it somewhere online
