I went through some more videos and almost all of them have the same ones I usually see so odd that a few videos have kind of working "more like this" lists.

My video the was recommended did at least have overlapping tags with the video that I was watching
Does go to show how big of a difference some video discovery feature like this could make for creators (still have to make a good video though lol)
