I’ve been eating in a deficit for the last few months and taking pio and it seems to be working - I went from a 28 to a 26 inch waist and kept my hips, which is nice. Boobs are super small but how is my body looking? I’m conflicted about whether to go smaller or not. I’m going for a kind of andro boyish look because I’m tall, so being slender works for me in that regard, I think.
