They do... it's never reported from your perspective because their numbers aren't good enough for propaganda and they don't align with western narrative. Generally they report around 700K, but that's the total number which includes injuries (>1,2mil for ukies, but that includes ungodly amount of deserters). Actual deaths amount to around 150K while for ukraine it's ~300K according to them.

Those numbers don't look as good as the 1 MILLION that kiked media likes to spam, doesn't sound so "nice" and round I guess.
