Programming nowadays is mostly just stringing together little bits of programs that already exist, called a stack, which is where you get the term "full-stack developer".
For example, I made a little display mode switcher for myself by running a few small programs via CMD (which you can run as a batch file). I probably wrote a few dozen lines of code at most for the whole project.
Sounds like stealing, but this is honestly 90% of what commercial programmers do. That and pic related.
