Once upon a time I thought I had a fix for that with the sd-webui-cutoff extension. It supposedly limits the scope of tokens so they only apply to the tokens around them. It works really well with stuff like "<color> <clothing>", but it doesn't take the cutoff token out of consideration as a standalone thing to add to the prompt like with "mushroom cloud"
