Similar to >>11320787, I viewed it as like, the physical part of her body is fine, including her brain, it's her consciousness that's been slowed down, If that makes sense (it doesn't). So the part of her nerves that are getting pushed and putting her in immense pain from being squished by gigantic oppai are sending out the information over what feels like the course of centuries, but the output information (I'm in horrible anguish and am unable to do anything over centuries) is being received at a regular rate, so she doesn't have the opportunity to completely break mentally.
Or in other words Aria is a godlike brat and reality just works however she wants it to.
