Every international company uses VPNs for internal communications, same for any server management and such. Pay for VPS somewhere and run your own wireguard server if you are really paranoid.

That sucks, maybe you can at least go to some park? but that's not the same...
I like to just go to a nice vantage point to look around, even if it's not some impressive national park vista... but it feels good too see the horizon, not some buildings.
