I got Christmas Lilja from the HOTW banner IIRC but it's a slim chance and you can't spark them, so I guess you're better off waiting for a rerun.

While I find it baffling that SC and what I assume is Juo Pro would be connected, my prediction is that SfP will be reworked into a danketsu game.
Bamco could fix the produce mode if they want, and add new idols and branch centric stories periodically. It sounds far fetched but it isn't really.
