I feel like releasing the info about UAPs / UFOs in 2017 so half-assedly it was a delayed government action to cover their own asses. Why? They finally realized everyone and their mother has a cellphone that can record video with them all the time. Now, if something did happen in the future and it was well documented, they could say that they already did everything they could.

There are so many documented UAPs cases now, it's getting ridiculous.
At least we won't have to wait much longer.
