It does. This site is full of resentful losers and it has became worse with time. You get sink into that shit and put your attention on everything that is bad and on the side of things you don't want into your life. And then you have the trolls "testing" your resolve so it becomes like eating junk food for your mind. This is not exclusive from 4chan, every place or thing that is extremely radicalized, red/black pilled, etc. no mattering the "side" it's backing, does it. And not only it affects LoA, even if you're a normie just immersed in the 3D clownworld it makes your life miserable.
As >>40818281 said, these threads have a cyclical nature, like fads in both, the constructive and destructive side of posters. Just take notes of anything you like to remember or test and leave, don't live here.
I'm about to do the same as always do when threads get bad quality as this one. When I came from hours of living my life and have to hide whole chains of post to sift through garbage after filters and there is like 2-3 post left, it means is time to go.
Take notes, do your work, persist.
