I spent this morning figuring out and setting up the JP Fates (FEIF) English patch, and wanted to share the completed thing here.

The decrypted CIAs (for anybody to do it themselves), and the patched CIAs, along with notes on how I did things. (For example, the DLC needed to use an older Decryptor for the patcher)
Sorry that it's 5 GB total, but I think it'll help to have everything together. I searched the archives and couldn't find anybody providing it directly here, and I don't mind spoonfeeding, so I hope it helps someone out.
