If you look closely, they're just 2 stripes, the abive being white and the bottom being Red.

The middle line (blue) does not exist, if you look closely it is transparent, it matches with the blue of the background.

This is very easy to see, there's 2 shades of blue in the background, a lighter blue and a darker blue
