I assume you know about PROMIS' capabilities and how it worked. Even if you could get a copy, I don't think you'd be able to 'do' anything unless you already had the target server ecosystem set up. I'm not sure that's even possible now days without spending weeks. That's some old-ass software.
However something like KoboldCPP running a 4B Gemma LLM model, for instance, and having Anything LLM using that AI with its agents, would actually get you pretty close to the mythical capabilities PROMIS contained. Anything LLM 'only' has like 5-6 different types of agents so it still can't quite do the schema-sniffing database stuff PROMIS was allegedly capable of. But you could get real fancy with that shit if you had the time and inclination.
