I couldn't three-star Hooley either with my Firefly or Clara. Not even sure what I did wrong, I look at in-game tools and prydwen and all that jazz to make sure I build things correctly. Just felt directionless and hopeless, and then he cycled out and I'll never be able to beat him so all that effort was wasted.
