Custom Reido series was fantastic for this.
For example in Custom Reido 4 you train a customizable heroine who reacts differently pending on how slutty she is, if shes already loving sex but is still a virgin it'll add lines like how shes leaking a fountain waiting for you to take her virginity or get addicted to bjs etc.
