Some cultures around the world do treat women differently to how we do in the UK, yes, so I think anybody who comes to the UK should be made aware of our laws regarding how to treat women. And then everybody in the UK, regardless of their background, should be held to those same laws.

There was an episode of Newsnight the other day where they talked about grooming gangs. Article about it is here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c62n72mj113o
They showed this graph, pic related. People from a Pakistani background are overrepresented among suspects, and that's perhaps true of other minority ethnicities too. White Brits are just over half of suspects, so they take part in grooming gangs too. But yes their per capita rate seems to be less than the per capita rate for some ethnic minorities.
I hope the police can stop crimes like this, whether the perpetrators are white Brits, Asian Brits, or any ethnicity.
