Unironically, what European country do you live in where you get wet bulb, 36C, 90% humidity days? The only place I can even think that comes close to the level of hell that is Florida summers is European islands like the Azores maybe?
The reason britbongs complain about fucking 23C days is because the humidity is high as shit there and it makes it almost impossible for the body to naturally cool off. Add 10 more degrees to that and you get to a point where it's almost physically impossible to work outside without some kind of active cooling unless you want to hurt yourself.
