I have had BPD friends in the past (And have one at the moment as well), so I sorta learned some of the terms and such to recognize when it's good and bad days, keeping an eye out for the mania episodes, being VERY careful to not become a favourite person because I am TERRIBLE for it with the way I go about things etc (I love them to bits, but it will RUIN them and myself if it happens)
