Many of them are just lost souls who fell into the role and lack the moral courage to go against their master's whim. Some of them even believe they're doing the right thing by being glowniggers. I like to think when they come here and other places, little seeds of doubt get planted...leading to the glownigger redemption arc, which is another story, for another time.
