outfits usually need to be set to revealing in sos' mcm for the slots to werk or the sos revealing keyword added to the outfit if it's something you'd want all the time
and even then the 3d ones might just clip poorly in which case 2d would be superior if that's a common thing in ur setup

can't say I've ever had no buffers found desu
there was always a few to select from in my exp
maybe something is conflicting with reshade
I know there's different direct x versions to pick from when installing reshade but sse should be directx 11 I think
